Location of the building was not directly off Dixie Hwy so it was a little difficult to find without proper signage indicating where to go. After days and hundreds of miles moving to a new home, it was a bit frustrating for the drop off experience. Add a sign to point customers to the building, please!

Ordered an appliance dolly, was not in my truck at mobile pick up
Nicholas BWarn the customer to take pictures of the dash so that they can't rip you off for an extra 100 dollars like they did me. Better yet just stay away from this business.
DEAN WI called to see how late they were open. Online said 5:30 but when I called he said 5:00 but I could do mobile check in. I told him I would be there before 5 as I don’t like mobile check in and he hung up on me. I showed up at 4:50 and they were gone. Did mobile check in and they left the wrong key in box. Waited in hold for 20-30 minutes with the 800 number. Natasha was very helpful and I ended up taking the bigger truck that I had the key for. I thought the location was very bad but the 800 number was very helpful
Robert TAfter midnight, we decided to extend our rental. I called and left a message requesting a call back to do this as app would not allow it. Was told their office opens at 7. Called at 7:10, again no answer. NEVER received a callback to this moment.
