Sally W.Be open and ready to assist with reservations. A person finally showed up out of pure luck for us to get our trailer we called and got a voicemail. Just terrible. I requested a ball hitch with online and they did not have one. Had to go and buy one at a store. While I was gone a person called me and told me they had to leave and for me to take pictures of the trailer and text them the pictures. Did not help with hook up or anything
