The customer service representative at U-Haul was awesome! She explained the entire process clearly and even recommended additional moving supplies that made our move much easier. We really enjoyed our experience and truly appreciated her excellent customer service.

The only problem is that there was not enough gas to even make it 5 miles. I literally ran out of gas and had to have my son. Bring me a gas can. It was a great truck though. Everything else is perfect.
David Splease make sure gas tank is at least above empty before next use it was really inconvenient . but not the places fault the lady was really nice and had a super cute dog
