Employees were all friendly, communicative, and helpful. Previous renter was late and you told me right away. You stayed after business hours to assist me. Accidentally rented me an appliance dolly instead of a furniture dolly then gave me credit for the mistake. Perhaps next time ask customers to check the vehicle just in case?
