How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe didn’t think the location was easy to find or a large enough sign. Had we not seen another U-Haul truck we would have thought we were in the wrong spot. Additionally, there were multiple individuals “lurking” wandering around, hanging out at 6:30am which made us uncomfortable.
Sarah RThe operating hours need to be updated on the UHaul app because it says that they close at 5 but really they closed at 6. One hour may not seem like a big deal, but it might make a difference for somebody wanting to make a reservation and be able to go in and speak to someone.
