The person who has the uhaul before me left boxes in it that I had to through out.i had to leave my storage unit to go pay for some bug spray cause the person left roaches. So that was another ten dollars outside the price of the uhaul.

When I shower up to pick up my rental the cashier tried to double charge me for my rental even though I showed him several times and explained to him that I already paid for the rental over the app. I had to call U-Haul customer service and wait over 10 minutes to get the Louisville area manager to get the cashier to give me the keys to the rental.

Patricia TYour truck was in serious need of repair. It beat the crap out of me. The shocks were so bad my bottle of water bounced out of the cup holder. If I didn't have such a small time line to get moved in. I would have asked for a refund. Engine sounded like it was going to blow up when I would stop reved really high when braking. Please have that truck serviced also I asked for a dolly in my truck and did not get one. I will most definatly be using a diffrent rental service for future needs
