We had a terrible experience picking up the U-Haul truck. We got to location at 8:35 and it took until 9:15 for the person working there to figure out what to do. I have previously rented many Uhauls and never once did it take even close to 40 minutes to pick up the truck. She had absolutely zero knowledge of what to do. I had already reserved and did everything online prior to picking it up. She’d finally called someone and they attempted to talk her through it, it was rough! I rented the truck for 6 hours from 8:30 - 2:30. However we did not get the keys to the truck until almost 9:30, I would assume my drop off time would have been adjusted to still accommodate the 6 hour rental. When we returned the truck at 2:50 they tried to charge me a late charge that was caused by their incompetence. Absurd! I feel if a location is going to offer U-Haul services the employees need to be trained. I will avoid this location at all costs in the future.

The truck had an empty gas tank, I had to put $32 worth of gas in it for 10 miles of use. The truck had a flat tire. It took 1 hour to get the truck to me because they didn't have internet to start the rental contract. No one from U-Haul responded to customer service at the time but they offer "24/7" support, which is a completly lie. Bad service from site on charge and form U-Haul itself. Don't recommend at all this service.
