This survey is called rate your U-Haul experience. It needs to be called rate your U-Haul locations. You need a different survey. While these locations were clean and had helpful personnel, my experience was absolutely terrible. I was called the night before saying my reservation I had for nearly two weeks had to be changed. I had to change my entire plan and movers with 13 (overnight) hours notice. What good is a reservation if it is going to be cancelled with 13 hours notice? I have several moves coming up this summer and will not be using U-Haul. You can not be trusted and will be gaining my business. Lastly, I selected no to recommending these locations to a friend. My initial reason is because I never had conversations with my friends about U-Haul locations. But now I will be telling them about my experience with U-Haul and how reservations are not guaranteed.

The truck has several issues - multiple indicator lights were on, and the passenger rear view mirror swiveled around and did not hold its position which was dangerous as you could not see traffic on the right side. Not sure I would recommend this location. The attendant was pleasant and helpful, but she had to call into Uhaul to get help with the portal as it would not finalize/confirm the purchase time for the truck.
