Both times I’ve rented from Shore To Shore Rental LLC this year we’ve run into equipment not performing to standard expectations. They also frequently don’t answer their phones during business hours, so customer cannot get equipment support or question help. Also, we very disappointed in U-Haul, as I had specifically selected a different U-Haul rental provider when I made my most recent reservation but U-Haul ended up switching me to Shore To Shore Rental to pick up the needed size of truck just a day before we were scheduled to use it (too late to make alternate arrangements). I will stop renting from U-Haul in the future based on my poor experiences with the equipment at Shore To Shore Rental and the U-Haul rental practices.

Terence OI was trying to drop a trailer off after hours but someone appeared to be in the store. I was having trouble getting the app to upload photos of the trailer, probably due to a weak cell signal. I did speak with the store owner who told me that "trailers can't be returned on-line"

HOWARD PNot maintained because tire had a blowout and we had to go diwn street also to pick truck up . The windows not clean. Would be much easier if there was cruise control and seats reclined a bit for long trips! Other wise ok

JOSHUA OThe clerk at this location was very friendly and she noticed the extra few miles on the odometer, because of having to locate the hand cart in Hermann, MO. This clerk having nothing to do with the prior situation promptly dismissed the extra few miles and apologized for my inconvenience. Excellent customer service and we felt better about the previous situation.

And this was after I received a last minute call from UHaul moving my pickup location 45 minutes away from the original location - which added 1.5 hours of time (driving there and back to the house) for two people.
