Very Disappointed. I had originally reserved my U-Haul in Fortuna. I was told they could possibly help me save some miles- and have me pick up my truck in Rio Dell- but they were kind of "flaky". I said Dependable is more important- so I will keep it at Fortuna. When I went to the Fortuna location I was told my reservation is in Rio Dell- and someone was supposed to call me. The Location was hard to find- and now my staff member who was covering for me had to wait even longer- costing us $$. Someone was supposed to be there- no one was. The app didn't work- so I had to call several numbers for someone to help me over phone. On return I was 10 minutes late due to road construction- and again passing the entrance to the Rio Dell location. Cost me more in gas- and I was charged another day rent. Not Happy.

Gabriel MThere was no one there. This made returning the vehicle difficult and as I mentioned, you all tried to charge me for mileage after telling me that I wouldn't be. Very disappointing.
