Staff was friendly and answered all questions I had. I definitely recommend renting any uhual equipment at this location.

Ramsay LatimerI was not expecting to be charged a cleaning fee of $21. I used the truck to haul two loads of topsoil, so the bed was pretty dirty. However, I spent 20-30 minutes hosing it down before I returned the truck. It was hard getting all the soil out of all the grooves in the bed liner, but I worked at it pretty diligently with a high pressure hose and broom.

Michael HaffermehlNo complaints about this site either but annoyed with the customer service process. I think you should warn customers and tell them the truth when you have inadequate inventory instead of making look pretty to keep the sale. I was told the place where I had the truck was just around the corner and not a few blocks up the road. I had to take an Uber to get the truck and then wait about 20 minutes in line, another 10-30 just to get the auto transport connected. Because they were not as close as stated, I had to come all the way across town to began my move. I had to make several stops and I accidentally scratched someone’s bumper trying to get to the pump because the gas light came one. The tank was not exactly at a quarter. These silly nuances cost me 2 hrs of my move. I could not even get my full hrs of assistance that I paid for and had to pay another 520.00 to get the rest out Thursday. It was a waste of a truck and a waste of Services that I could have just rescheduled for this Saturday. I had to unload what I was able to take by myself! The other items were too heavy for me to lift myself and they would not take the truck back with them on. This was one hell of an expense to say you are asking for my money for mileage. I had to fill up unnecessarily four times. Because of all the unanticipated delays. If anything I should’ve received a discount for the misinformation provided because that truck was not around the corner at all!!!
Shanelle RobinsonThe trailer that I got we had problems getting the lights to work at first. The staff had to work to make them come on. The wiring going to the main plug had been fixed many times and young man had another member of your staff looking at the problem and then without anyone touching anything they started working. They both told me that the whole wiring needed to be replaced but they were having trouble taking it out because of use. If I need to use your service again I will for sure come back to this location. Everyone there were supper nice and helpful.

Walter V TurnerPeople provide adequate service. Location is excellent and lots of truck availability. There is one downside: lack of cellphone service. Utilizing the 24/7 app feature takes almost 20mins due to the delay uploading pictures. One issue I had with actual truck, there was a hole in the roof. We had a rainstorm during rental period and had numerous items destroyed. This was a known problem with sticker markings on the interior. This truck should not have been active in the inventory.
