While moving my wife seen a strange vehicle sitting outside our home, she asked the lady was everything ok the lady said that a person from si towing her they new where a house was to rent on chestnut and gave her our address. I thought that was inappropriate to give a stranger a costumers address. I understand they was trying to help, but that was dangerous. The could have been anybody. Other than that SI towing is top notch and the best that we have used. I would recommend them to everybody!

joe cThe people to receive my trailer return were not there, then I was told to go to another location who was also not there. When he finally showed after 30 minutes of waiting and trying to call them to get in touch, he started talking about anti-government conspiracy theories and had a hat that said “let’s go Brandon”. Not very professional and welcoming at all

James SGo here! I (unknowingly) showed up 7 days early for my reservation and there were no trucks available when I arrived. I assumed this meant I'd be looking elsewhere as I needed a UHaul that day. Fat chance! Not only did they get me into one quickly, it was also upgraded to a bigger size than I had originally reserved(which saved us a lot of time). I messed up but they still made it work and were so very kind and quick about it. 10/10

Mary KI'm not sure what's going on with this place but business is being conducted out of a trailer right now. Parking was a pain in the butt and there were caution tape and caution cones everywhere. Very unorganized. It appears there's a lot of construction going on which I did not care for. However, the vehicle I rented was a plus! The customer service lady there was awesome! I was very happy with the value for my money and everything else. I can only hope that the next time I need to rent a U-Haul from this place that there is an actual building and a better parking situation then what was currently available.
