When advertising the cost be up front with the actual price. You advertise a vehicle for a low price of $19.99 but when you want to get this truck for a day at this price you can’t, because you don’t let people know about the insurance they have to purchase and the miles you have to pay for and the gas and taxes you have to pay. Ending up starting out with an advertising price of $19.95 and ending up paying over $65.00 or more. To me your advertising price should indicate that to customers, but I guess that’s how businesses make money. Another lesson learned.
Caslee SI went to pick up my truck from the address given, the girl told me they should’ve called me and that it had been moved to another location. I picked this location because it was next to my house. I drove across town to go pick it up and I wasn’t able to access my code. I had to call the number and was transferred to four separate people before someone finally said it hadn’t been fully scheduled/submitted on their end. After she pushed it through I was able to access my truck but it was a pain and we wasted 45 minutes driving around and on hold trying to find someone who could help us.
