No one was there when I was supposed to pick the trailer up. Doors were locked, calling the number, multiple times. resulted in "the voicemail box you are trying to reach is full" message. Drove back to Springfield, Bruns Lane location, Callie was very sympathetic and helpful. She got me in touch with the regional office. Spoke with Kelly, who helped resolve the issue. Took almost three hours but I ended up getting a trailer.

Michael WThe computer system/SMS Text Messages/emails/online app was a step forward from the last time I used a U-Haul truck, but some emails and SMS texts seemed excessive or duplicative. The check in and check out photos are a good idea for to U-Haul and the customer. Overall, the experience was above average and the vehicle was great - very comfortable with everything in operational order. Thank you!
