Truck passenger side mirror did not stay in place on the ride and was therefore dangerous. The movers we hired off the uhaul site were a no-show. The checkin app didn't work on pickup. The was abysmal.Joshua P.

It was impossible to scan into the sticker on the wall, then even though I had reserved and added all drivers license info during reservation, I had to do it all over again at the company. It was a horrible experience. Not the locations fault. U hauls faulelizabeth D.

Wasted time checking in on my phone only to be yelled at by employee that they had a different truck for me and put me behind time by 40 minutes. Had to go into the office to change everything and wait for someone to bring a different truck while having people waiting at my house. Had to load up my Dolly, hand truck, and blankets. Was given a truck with only a quarter tank of gas. Location of building is not recognized by location. Very bad experience and would not recommend that location to anyone, employees showed no urgency to get me moving with the delay.Jason C.

The online check-in should be detailed before you're instructed to pick up the rental. It didn't mention anything about providing an additional person with an alternate phone number until we were trying to pick it up & the phone numbers provided weren't satisfactory, so picking up the rental took a half hour, & that is too excessive. Say what you need the day of, at the time of the reservation, not on the day of pickup. Don't overcomplicate what should be a simple process.Tristan H.

Pick up and drop off was smooth, only problem was the trailers were still snowed in after a recent snow storm. (Who rents a trailer after a snow storm) It took longer than expected to get out of there but the employee did his best to shovel us out. Will rent from here again.MATTHEW F.

This review has nothing to do with the Silverback Services location specifically, but about the Uhaul process more generally. I wanted the truck starting at 8AM, but the location didn't open until 9AM. So when I reserved the truck, I signed up for the Online Check-In option so I could get the truck at 8. But the online checkin process was so insanely tedious and had so many hoops to jump through (including waiting for a real human at Uhaul.com to verify that my picture matched my license...which took almost half an hour just for that step) that I didn't complete the online check-in process until 9:10!!! Had I known it was going to take that long, I would have just signed up for an in-person check in and saved myself a wasted hour+ of frustration and tedium.Brian W.
Poor customer service at Silverback. They told me they "don't deal with u-boxes on the weekend because they are so complicated and the box guy doesn't work on weekends." Ummm what? I'm pretty sure most people move on the weekends. If you can't figure it out, maybe you shouldn't be dealing with u-boxes at all. They suggest that I pay for a uhaul truck to RELOAD ALL OF MY UBOXES onto. Are you kidding me?!?!? After I asked them if they are will comp me a truck and gas, they come back and say will have someone there buy only from 0900-1200 Saturday and Sunday. Well, how nice of them. I do not recommend this hillbilly, right-wing location (all they have are pro-gun, 'Merica propaganda posted all over the place) for any kind of uhual service. Worst experience ever.Christina K.

We had problems with the Gas Gage We were told that it had 7/8th of a tank but it hed less then 3/8th it took 35 gal. The truck needs to be looked at, and the radio was not working and the buttons would not changeJOHN P.

Rich was awesome taking care of my reservation from another location when I changed my mind on where I wanted to make him my drop off point since closer to my new house. I was extremely disappointed to receive a phone call the night before our pick-up that our location had been changed from Shrewsbury, 2 minutes away, to Red Lion, 20 minutes away, to an unknown location.
