Nicky and the team at Simon's U-Haul were phenomenal from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire rental process, and both check-in and check-out were quick, smooth, and hassle-free. The team was incredibly flexible, professional, and genuinely kind, making what could have been a stressful moving experience much easier. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Simon's U-Haul and will absolutely rent from them again in the future.

Anita MThis business was where I originally selected to pick up my 10ft moving truck from as it was walking distance for my apartment complex. Unexpectedly my pick up location was changed to a location a 20 minute drive away - as the equipment I needed was not available at my original location. That’s fine I needed the truck so I paid for a ride share to get to get to this second, re-assigned pick up location. Upon arriving at the Uhaul pick up location I was re-assigned to, the business was closed, even though they are advertised as staying open until 7pm - which the Uhaul representative who moved my original reservation made it a point to mention several times. Upon learning I wouldn’t get a truck for this location I was re-assigned to, I called customer service and was re-re-assigned to the same spot I had made my original reservation for pick up at (Simon’s Auto Spa). And the customer service rep told me we would be able to meet someone to get our truck if we got there before 6pm. So I paid for a second ride share to go back to original place I wanted to pick up from in the first place. And guess what…no one was physically there to help me at Simon Auto Spa either. Apparently these retailers close up shop and leave at whatever time their last reservation is. So even if a retailer is advertised as staying open until 6pm they most likely will not be on site unless they have a scheduled reservation on the books for 6pm…which sucks for situations like mine where I was moved back and forth to different locations for no apparent reason. I was luckily able to get the truck from Simon Auto Spa because the attendant at that location helped my check my truck out over the phone but it was such a hassle. If your business is advertised to be open until 6pm have some there at 6pm so truck pick ups can be seamless and not cause customers headaches. I’ve used Uhaul for all of me moves till date and I’ve moved quite a few times. I will no longer be using Uhaul after this ginormous headache they caused me when all I wanted to do was pick up a truck that was at a retailer a 10min walk away from me. So stupid.

Hunter WThe reservation agent that was contacted by the dealer upon my arrival was rude and dismissive. She was not at all helpful when I advised that I had reserved a 15ft truck and there were only 10ft ones available when I arrived. In addition, when I advised I was a uhaul employee and asked if there was a discount, she advised that I would have had to contact an ASM, then said she's check and dis not. A 10 foot truck was not sufficient enough for one trip for my move which is why I reserved the truck for a 2br apartment not a 1br as I received. This caused 2 trips which therefore costed more sice it doubled the miles I was charged for. The truck was dirty. It had caked on dirt as if it has not been cleaned in years. As a Uhaul employee of 12 years, I know what high standards Uhaul provides. I have always done my part as an employee to provide the standard of service expected as well as recomending Uhaul to all friends and family. The service I experienced today is not at all something I would want my friends, family or any future uhaul customers to experience.

There were issues with the app that day so some things didn’t work as usual so it wasn’t showing that I dropped off the vehicle. They were on top of communicating and pleasant throughout the whole process, and even checked in the next day to make sure I was charged correctly. Would absolutely use again, and refer to friends.

HARVEY HThe whole process of getting the 1truck was quick and painless. I needed my id and debit card. Nicky was on the phone walking me through it. She made it simple and straight forward. I did not have a reservation. I just walked in cold said I need a 15' truck and 15 minutes later i was knocking down the cable wires hanging from my apartment building. Im so lucky no real damage occurred. I was running late returning the truck. I called Nicky and she told me keep it as late as I need it. Id already paid to be gone longer. Just call her when i am on my way I expected it all back though. I was 4 hours late. My deposit will take 3-5 business days to be returned. We shall see if they will return the money i

Emily BThis location made my entire process so simple! I needed a tow dolly immediately due to personal issues and they did a great job! I was able to reserve the dolly online and pick a location near me that had the equipment. Once I reserved the dolly online I was able to check in/ upload my information before I arrived on site. Once I arrived I was greeted by a sweet man who got the process started for me quickly and efficiently. I was also handling my reservation with Nicky who helped make the process simple. Once I was checked in the same gentleman who helped me and another sweet gentleman went to grab the dolly to get it ready for me. They helped guide me to back in and hooked the dolly up for me. They informed me all necessary steps for my trip and made double sure that everything was safe. I was also able to check in the dolly after hours and the app made everything simple. Once I dropped it off I was able to message Nicky to inform them I dropped it off. I double checked again a few hours later to make sure everything was okay and they responded immediately letting me know they are checking in the equipment now and will let me know if they need anything. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for your help and I hope to work with you again.
