I rent from uhaul on a weekly basis for my company . I always had a great experience getting a clean truck ready to go. However the location i went today was good until i recieved my bill. The uhaul owner added additonal insurance and doubled my mileage. I will be contacting uhaul tomorrow to get this resolved.

I was charged a late fee of 20 dollars for less than 20 minutes. The truck is $29.00. imagine that. I think Uhaul should be more considerate when customer return their trucks.

After going to my third location to pick up my truck, this location was unwelcoming, unprofessional and incapable of doing their job professionally. Not only was the truck at only a 1/4 of a tank, but they did not have the equipment I asked for and was promised. Uhaul your standards have dropped and I may go to home depot from now on.

Good service overall. My only comment will be that I rented a dolly and paid for a 12 furniture pads set that were not in the truck at the time of pick up, the office location was closed and still I was charged for the them anyway. Other than that easy process to pick up and drop off the truck. Thank you

Rented a pick up for 24 hours. No one took any pics of the truck, no one came out to the truck with me. There was lawn trimming in the recesses of the truck. No problem with me. But I was threatened with $25 clean up when I brought the truck back. I hauled boxes, not landscaping stuff
