I booked a truck and then the day before they changed to a new pick-up location. The new location was further than the original. Also, my original reservation was for 6pm. However, the new location for pick-up was only open 9am-12pm. This was aggravating and such a hassle to move everything around to earlier in the day.. The people at this location were great. Upset at Uhaul.

This was not my selected location. It was changed without my direct consent. Everything was fine and I dropped it off after hours, but it was inconvenient.
