Service was outstanding - even though I didn't get the 26' truck I rented. I had to take a 20' truck because the 26 wasn't there. I originally rented in Blaine, then they switched me to Bellingham where the truck was supposed to be - but wasn't. The extra 6' would have been great. I wasn't able to move all my stuff - but I don't blame the manager of the Bellingham location. Wasn't their fault.

No improvements needed. Great as is. I wrote a review but it looks like it got discarded by the site, I couldnt get it mailed, it just disappeared.

I would give my experience an excellent rating based on the effort, dedication and friendliness of the staff member who assisted me at check-in. However, U-Hauls program was terrible. The system kept shutting down, freezing and there were multiple attempts to complete the check in process. During the 30 mins. of waiting, there were moments of not knowing if we were going to get the rental van at all. It was VERY stressful and only compounded the stress of moving. Thankfully, the staff member kept trying. Returning the van was only completed by calling the owner. The system was still not working. My receipt says I returned the van three hours after I actually returned it and I’m not even sure if I was overcharged or not. U-Haul would be my last option if I had to move again.

Be able to except cash not everyone uses debit or credit card I know because my sister is one of them she only uses cash she does even have a debit or credit cards
