We had a truck reserved for a month in Reno. Checked in twice during, then the morning of there was no truck to be found!!!!!!! Got told they had one 45 minutes away in Fernley, and when we got to the â€œnotâ€ uhaul it was closed!!!!! Went back to original store then they said well I made sure there is one 1-1/2 hours away!!!! (Which is Skyline) He had actually called this time to confirm. When we got there (luckily she checked 15 minutes prior) our reservation had â€œfallen offâ€!!!!!!! She worked her magic on the computer and found it. Grace at Skyline in Susanville made it all right and saved the day. The employees are doing the best they can in spite of having no help or support from the management. One of the employees In Reno told me that the CEO says â€œwe don't turn any reservation away â€œ! Well that's great if you had enough trucks for EVERY reservation!!! And no one cares that there all back East and no one is bringing them back this way!!! Not the customer's problem!!!!Clinton S.

Had to drive 100 miles to pick up trailer as there was not any available at my pickup point. Tires needed air 3 times. Not a good experienceMichael G.
I rented a uhaul to help a elderly couple and as it turns out the truck was not needed I drove 39miles and waited 1hr 30min just to drive 39mils back so a total 67 miles for 2hrs these people had no sympathy or care in the world about my situation that I was in I took a payday loan out to get the uhaul just to help these people who had just recently lost there home to the camp fire i was just trying to help them and the uhaul was not needed the people in the uhaul office did not care that I had lost $139 just to drive there 39miles and back the roll up doors never even opened i would never recommend anyone rent ANYTHING!!! From these people there are heartless and have no remorse or sympathy for anyone no matter how ritious or honorable the situation all they want is money this man was rude and even cracked a joke on how he got the price to drop $1 dollar never will I ever send business or recommend anyone to this place of business skyline self-storage and uhaul in susanville ca they nothing but snakes in the grassRobert S S.

The Sparks, NV location on Silverada Blvd is the worst! Poor management, poor service, unapologetic. Had a reservation over a month in advance. Trailer was not available on day reserved, available day after and in a location over 100 miles away. We ended up searching and finding a trailer on the right day in a less remote location on our own.Jeffery L.

We lost a whole day of moving due to the stuck door on your 6 x 12 enclosed trailer. The cam roller inside was bent so the roll up door was stuck about 18" from being closed. The person that rented us the trailer and the repair person were both very nice, but the time we lost making our move requires us to rent a trailer again to complete the move!!!!william G.

I was surprised there is no tongue jack on a 6 x 12' enclosed trailer and I'd have to leave the trailer attached during the entire time I had it as it would be way to difficult to unhook and re-hook it up myself. Also, when I first went to pick it up they expected me to lift it and hook it up myself. That's too heavy for many people to lift, and the chain hooks were very difficult to fit through the loops on my receiver.Tim Z.

Supply each location with an inventory of equipment . when customers take equipment one way, replace /replenish location with a standard inventory. so the next customer can get that "X' size trailer or van .Joseph S.
