All depends where customer needs truck, closest to loading, etc
Marc ZI reserved a truck one week in advance of my move out date. I was told one day before the pickup date that my truck was unavailable and had to drive and wait around 4 hours for an alternate truck that was smaller. I will be looking for an alternative next time and would not trust or recommend U-Haul in the future.
Chris BI would suggest to re locate the key box to a more secure location such as a mail box/ slot in a building.

Steven BYou need to maintain your vehicle. This vehicle should not of been on the road it took twice the time to get to the destination. It was dirty. The door didn’t close causing the driver to have a severe earache for four days after. The back was not swept out the air conditioner did not work on and off. The brakes were not working properly. It stalled out going up the coca Halla.

Duy TThe truck wasnt clean, especially the cockpit. There was a stench of smoke and BO, i felt like i should decline the rental but i needed to move. Very poor maintenance by this location. Would never rent from them again or recommend them at all.
LOVEPREET Mi made this reservation 2 weeks in advance. i had to go to 3 locations to find the car dolly. i wanted it first thing on monday morning and it was booked for noon which was not what i wanted. anyway, it was 1040 am when i finally got there. i got everything set up and i took off about 1110. i did not know that i was being charged for a full day rental because i took it 60 min early . the girl said that i had to have it back at noon the next day or i would pay an extra day. i couldnt get it back in time so i kept it till 11 am the following day thinking that i would pay for 2 days. when i got there, she informed me that i owed for 3 days and that i was supposed to have it back by 1040. this is so totally unfair and i think that your equipment is good , but your company policy is very poor. the girl was by herself in a post office/shipping office and didnt have a clue what was going on. she repeatedly said that this is what the computer says and so this is the way it is. when i talked to the office number she gave me, they said she could have given me the 30 min. i asked to speak to the manager(sam) but at this time there has been no call. I am feeling ripped off by Uhaul at this point. I think you should only charged for 2 days, not 3. murray leggatt
