I made all my arrangements and booking of a truck in Abbotsford (where I was moving from), including returning to the office 2 more times to buy more boxes. When it came time to pick up the truck, I had to drive 15mins to Aldergrove. At first I couldn’t find the office, as it’s a storefront on the Main Street, but found it on the 2nd time around the block. The truck was parked in the back in a large lot, but didn’t have the blankets included, which I picked up in Abbotsford on my way home.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHard to find. No clear signage. uHaul return area is in an alley behind a mini mall but there are no parking signs everywhere. Wish could just return to a normal Uhaul location instead of all these businesses using it as a sideline revenue gig. Just the latest in a long line of uhaul disappointments
Jason WThe truck was supposed to have 1/4 tank of gas and it had only just over a 1/16. The truck was loaded with cardboard and unfortunately I didn't think to do the companies job and inspect the truck prior to leaving. Very expensive also, should have a credit for dealing with all of this. And I filled the truck to a 1/4 even though I didn't receive that amount myself. How do you take a v8 cube truck out with a 1/4 tank and expect to get anywhere? Joke experience.
