Return was easy.

Dylan MUhaul was supposed to compensate me. Cause they said furniture dolly was at location and was not. Went to another location they said had it and they didn't. Then had to buy my own and still charged me. With no call back like they said they would.

Jeremy SWhile the return was ok I had gone to this location several weeks earlier to reserve a trailer in Great Falls. Both ladies said they did not know how to do this from their location. I told them that I had done it before from the Alexandria location but they said they could not. Not helpful at all

Charles DThis lady was no help. I was told basically that it wasn’t her place to help me with the extra charges that were higher than they should be. Why is she accepting uhaul returns if she’s unwilling to say anything other than call someone else just pay me this money.
Melissa PThe main thing I would recommend is when using the mobile pickup method is to make sure you get the U-Haul app! We were not instructed to do so and had major problems getting our truck! After downloading the app, it was a super easy process.

ray sOriginally, we were to pick up at Portable Buildings and Carports in Pollock, LA. This individual did not have a clean space, and did not seem to know how to use the UHAUL system effectively. He ended up canceling our pick up and trying to schedule it again and was unable to do so. Shortly afterwards, we went to Slaughter Secure Storage and had no issues.
