I originally called and was told there were no 10 foot trucks available at this location.. So i reserved a 15 foot truck. When we got there, we counted 2 10 foot trucks there, and that were locked in the back lot not waiting to be rented. the truck we got had no gas in it. it had 9 miles worth of gas in it when it was picked up. They marked the receipt at 1/4 tank. We had to fuel the truck before we even could get started. We had set the pick up to be 24/7 pick up and entered all the info the night before and for whatever reason it didn't "take" and we still had to go inside and show ID's and pay at the counter. While at the location a Penske truck pulled up and almost hit our personal vehicle.. within inches of taking off the mirror. All in all this was not a good experience.Marcus E.

I brought it back within 2 hours with the same gas as I received it drove 7 miles and was charged $13.75 And a $30 fueling fee. 7 miles I was ripped off again by your agent. I respectfully request a $43.75 refund.John D.

Very unhappy with virtual process, it is beyond terrible. If someone had not been at location that could help me I would not have been able to get it. Online chat I had during pickup was useless. I have a feeling I was charged too much, but will wait to see what went on my credit card. I will never rent again using virtual pickup, which most likely means I would use one of your competitorsThomas W.

I was told that I have by the place I got the truck from that I had 180 miles to drive without being charged for Milage. I drove a total of 135 miles 1 way and was charged 40 cents for every mile I drove. I've rented a truck from this company 3 times the past month to move my business and other personal things this is unacceptable to be lied toMATTHEW L.

Teach your employees how to do a uhaul transaction. It took almost 30 min of asking for my credit card and id multiple times to finish the transaction. I could barely even understand what the person at the counter was asking for . As of 2 days later I am still waiting for a reciept to be sent to make sure my charges are correct.Sharlon K.

I had to go to 3 different uhaul locations to get all of my equipment.. I was not given all of my equipment and got charged for not returning what was not given to me and was also charged for milage that I used driving from uhaul to uhaulnichol C.

The counter service was horrendous. The lady kept me waiting for my Uhaul truck for over an hour, and that is no exaggeration. She seemed to not know what she was doing. She was on the phone with some person who she eventually gave my credit card number to. I am very uncomfortable with this and very unsatisfied with my experience there.kyle D.

1.the guy was rude. Insisted we were at the wrong location. i was trying to explain that i had just gotten the drop off location changed due to a change in plans of my storage needs. I had to raise my voice to get him to listen to me. 2nd, The guy wouldnt make him self clear as to where he wanted the truck parked when we finished gassing it. he kept saying "around the side where the others are" that was not accessable. had to go in twice to get clarification. he never came out to look at the truck so i had to take pictures of gas gauge and miles. hoping there was nothing else they would note. it was also checked in on the a day later than what we dropped it offKarin A.

When first putting the truck in drive the gas guage immediately moves downward (at least 1 gallon). Also, when filling the gas tank back up the guage does not immediately move, thereby thinking one needs to continue pumping. They should post a note in the truck stating: After re-fueling, wait one minute, then start the engine to ensure the gas gauge moves to the desired amount." I was not charged for not refilling to what was indicated on the contract, because it was less to start with (and I showed this to the store clerk when I initially took possession of the rental), and upon the return explained about the guage not moving initially on the refill.Bonnie D.

My uhaul contract # is 23433499. I was charged $231.66 as is reflected in my receipt. However, there is now a SECOND charge from uhaul pending on my account for $76.83. The second charge is an error and needs to be cancelled/refunded immediately! Please address the issue asap as it will cause my account to overdraft resulting in additional fees. Picking up the truck in Orlando went well. Everything ready and we were in and out in no time. I will Rate it a 10. Dropping off the truck was another story all together. Our receipt instructed us to drop off in Cape Canaveral. Well there are two stores in cape Canaveral according to Haul on line site. (the contract (receipt ) we had did not specify nor did it have a contact number to the particular store. It went to some general office and took about 20 minutes to get somebody who then put us on hold for another 15 minutes and THEN hung up on us. We went to the first site and that site was no longer a U Haul site it was a Thrift shop and was closed. We then attempted the second site and again this site was now a real estate office. We finally found a Mobil station (drop off site) and left the truck there. The girl at this site was very helpful. However this was after 2 and 1/2 hours of driving around, being put on hold, being hung up on and we were very irritated. I SUGGEST that going forward you will provide your customers with a confirmed contact number for the drop off sites so arrangements can be made and confirmed ahead of time. Trust me, if we ever rent from UHaul again I will NOT leave the store until the drop off agent is contacted in front of me and said agents confirms location and contact number. We show up to pick up our reservation at the designated time at a dirty store the employee acted like we were bothering her and left us standing around for 20 minutes before saying can't rent Uhauls so we should try "the gas station by Home Depot." She couldn't tell us the name of the other gas station or even the exact directions/address to get there just that she thought it was "somewhere by Home Depot." We reserved this location for a specific reason now we are being treated rudely and told to go drive around the opposite side of the highway walking into random gas stations asking for "Mike". At this point we had no choice as we had tired kids and a house full of stuff to load so based on directions from some other gas station customer who was kind enough to at least explain where Home Depot was we went off to find "Mike". Never found him but eventually found the gas station with one lone Uhaul parked outside. Upon asking, "Mike" had dropped it off there. This guy could care less about what we had gone through and was more concerned to rush us out of the way so he could sell cigarettes and gas to others. The price INCREASED from our RESERVED/CONFIRMED price as they didn't offer the same rates or prices on rent and insurance fees but again we were on a super tight deadline to be out of our home so we had no choice. I'm honestly really suprised and disappointed in Uhaul. We put our families' trust in them at a very important, stressful time and really let us down. This whole experience was awful. Avoid this making reservations at this location at all costs!!ANTHONY C.

This is not the store that I made my reservations with. I went to the location that I had set my reservation with and watched someone drive away in the truck that I was to have been given. then I am told that they had no choice (??) how is that possible? why reserve something if you do not honor it. them I was told that I had to drive to another location to get a truck. (even more billable miles away) .. I have never rented a uhaul that was actually on schedule or provided as I have reserved. UHaul is ALWAYS my last resort I hate using your company!BRENDA W.
