Staff was very unprofessional
Kenya H | Overall ExperienceIt would have been helpful if staff were on site. It took me 4 hours to get everything working and 4-5 phone calls to uhaul for support. However, once I was transferred to a person who serviced this location (Dustin or Justin) I received wonderful phone support and he was able to get things working for me after a few phone calls. All of this could’ve been avoided, however, if there was staff on site.

Troy M | Online Move InMoved in last month. My unit had oil on the floor. It was not cleaned out. I had to go out of my way to clean it up before moving my things into the unit. The unit I was assigned was in the newer area which did not have AC working which made my move even more challenging. The floor is not finished and very bumpy in this area. The day before my move out I called the Rockledge office and the person was not professional or helpful. He didn t even answer the phone as Uhaul. I had to ask him if it was Uhaul I was calling. He did not answer my question and did not care to help me. Very frustrated and stressful to have to deal with a person who doesn t want to take the time to help I will not be coming back to Uhaul or using them.

David L | Online Move InAll was good for understanding, for a first time customer, but an alarm system working incorrectly, when I open my storage unit I get an alarm, I trying to call to get help with a special box on the wall, but nobody answered me, I get the alarm every time when I open until, I tried to resolve problems, and do a check out and check it procedure but it didn’t help, I tried again calling to get help, and on the fourth shot somebody answered me, and said that the alarm system have a problem and they are working on it.
