First off, I signed up for a rental truck and a different uhaul location. I was never told. I would need to pick the vehicle up at the other location until I arrived. The location I was sent to was a gas station with only two people working, 1 to cover counter for gas and other things and one to cover food bar/uhaul rental. So took too much time as uhaul renting was not the priority. The person was very courteous when he finally had time to take care of me. This is why I would have preferred a regular u haul dealership. Secondly, I was charged for insurance that I was not aware of. I have insurance that would have covered it.
