When I put in the order I requested to have a dolly I never got them a additional 19.99 charge for the rental I went up and down the street less then a mile and was charged for 17.5 miles and that was a damn lie. I called but the call got disconnected and I was to sick to do anything about it and I know this because we didn't use and gas up and I added 5 extra dollars in the damn gas tank. I think next time I'm going Go to budget. Because this turned me all the way off from you all. Periodt!!! Best Regards Tara A. Wooding

First, the reservation processs was a nightmare. Upon arrival at the office, the truck was not available. I was sent to another location 20 minutes away, a smoke shop/ gas station. The location had poor customer service. I will NEVER use this service ever again. I would not recommend UHAUL to anyone after this experience.

The Manager at pickup said we could drop the truck at any uhaul at my designation but assigned a designation that was 10 miles from where we where moving. When we went to a uhaul that was five minutes from our house they said they could not take the truck. When I contacted the original place where we rented the truck which was 300 miles away I could hear them laughing in the background when I explained my situation. Also the place where I took the truck told me I had to take the truck to the place on my papers I asked him what time do they close he said they all close at 8:00 pm, We drove out there and arrived at 7:00 pm only to find they closed at 5:00 pm. Frustrated we spent more gas on the truck to drive back to our destination and back to the drop off the next day. Worst experience with a company we have ever had. Incompetent to say least.

Truck dirt smells. Truck. Was running bad. When. Was driving the choke on us.

The vehicle's ash tray was full of cigarette ashes and cigarette butts. The passenger's door would not open from the outside. The rollup door was defective. And we were double-charged an extra $1317.28 when we turned the vehicle in. I had to return to the location to attempt the billing issue.

The inside of the storage space was filthy, there was no gas cap. Please UHaul do not send anyone there again.
