JAMES W | Overall ExperienceThe ceiling was hanging with 6 nails stuck in it. I went into the office to let them know. Josh told me the ceiling is 9ft tall and that was not nails. Contradicting everything I said instead of thanking me for letting him know. This is an accident waiting to happen. He was not helpful and customer focused at all. Better management is needed. This happened on January 3, 2025.

Terrell W | Overall ExperienceRenting a second unit for items that should be kept in a climate-controlled unit. However, the " climate-controlled" units are not much cooler than outside units. The thermostat is always riding at the beginning of the "red zone". Kind of wonder if it's necessary to pay for climate control.

Both associates who helped me were kind and provided quick service. However, the manager Josh deserves a majority of my gratitude and appreciation because he was so understanding, accommodating, and provided professional customer service. Additionally, he worked with me and made a tough situation less stressful and daunting.
