Although the box obviously took some storage damage lock broken, everything inside was fine. Staff was helpful and well mannered!

My lock was cut open before I received my box. I am missing mattress pad, car vacuum and lots of other stuff. Obviously, somebody from uhaul cut open the lock and stole stuff from there.
