Due to the sever weather, I didn't go inside and meet any staff because it was closed. The location was very convenient and close to my new location. I did have some trouble locating gasoline due to the weather again and it seems there was a shortage that day and was forced to fill the truck up with Super Unleaded Gasoline at $269 a gallon.
Got overcharged for extra fuel I didn't use. Not right.

Rented from here before and was flawless. Weekend crew sucks and leaves the staff that comes in Monday so much to do is why I can't give a perfect rating. Your Monday crew was top notch and assisted me as soon as possible as they were dealing with people not doing their job over the weekend. If schedule stays the same I would make a point to rent a vehicle on a Monday.

The 26' van I rented had a bad oil leak. When I started the van the oil light came on almost immediately. When I complained, the attendant mentioned he'd filled the oil, then put two quarts of oil in it. Once the engine was hot, the leaking oil dripped onto the exhaust manifold, and oil smoke would fill the cab when the van was stopped. The steering was sloppy, and notchy and if driven above 60 mph, the van tended to wander around the road. In general, the van was unpleasant to drive, and unsafe for a less experienced driver than myself, to drive; I've driven tractor trailers. Had I not been in a time crunch, I would have taken the van back and asked for another. However, it took more than 45-minutes to check out and I decided I couldn't spare the time.
Reserved a pickup truck. They didn't have one. Had to rent something else. Long slow line. Waited 40 minutes. Cashier wasn't wearing a mask. Vehicle steering wheel shook like crazy like it had a flat but didn't.
The waiting was too long in ordering and returning the truck and they charged me with wrong protection coverage.
Would have preferred to answer most of mobile checkout questions before pick up. Would prefer online tutorials on how to use ramp. Truck was very old.

They rep that checked me out was very dry and no help for my first experience. Didn't explain much. Next customer in line got the VIP treatment I only knew because I had to keep going in to ask questions
Only problem I had picking up truck was that another truck was parked too close to the drivers side that I had to crawl in from the passenger side. And being 62, overweight and bad knee's I was not happy about that. Need to make sure trucks are accessible before renting them out.
My complaint has to do with the national reservation center that took my reservation for a 24/7 contactless pickup. I was confirmed at a location and was assured the truck would be there and the pickup instructions sent upon arrival. Arrived on time at 8 am to learn that the location I was booked at was not a 24/7 contactless location. After having to dial back into customer service five times I was finally able to get to someone that cared. Unfortunately, I had to go to another location and lost 1.5 hours moving time. The new location was fine, the 24/7 contactless pickup needs work.

Didn't notice that the tail light on the passenger side ( when hooked to the truck ) was only taped on. Lost the light between pick up place and destination drop off point
I WAS CHARGED FOR TOLLS THAT HAPPENED BEFORE I PICKED UP TRUCK AFTER I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FILLED OUT A FORM TO DISPUTE!!! I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL EVER AGAIN!!! Both times in the last year my experience has been terrible!!!! Never again!! You have lost a customer for life and anyone I can tell not to use UHAUL, I WILL!!! So sad that y'all can't even properly investigate!!! I never even used a highway or a toll road. I picked up the truck at 3:22pm. The tolls were ran just after 2pm....TELL ME HOW THAT WAS ME!!!!! And not to mention my requested pick up time and location was not honored!! I had to pick up from and drop off at the original requested drop location. Thus, causing me to lose 12 miles of my 33 since I had to drive all the way back to my moving from address. Terrible experience time after time
The workers are horrible at this location and have no people skills at all!
I got charged for cleaning when before hand i notated it. Then, got duplicate charge for safe coverage. Absolutely ridiculous
Glass in cab area. Workers there are horrible and have zero customer service skills and no clue how to interact with the public. Link that o was sent would not allow me to take pics of the truck that already had previous damage which makes me think that I was trying to be setup in some sort of way.
The representative was very knowledgeable and completed the transaction and was very professional.
Everything was perfect. Truck was ready to go when I got there. The employee was very courteous and saved me $50 by offering an alternative drop off location for my one way rental. The employee at the drop off location was super too. It took 5 minutes to return the vehicle.
The service/van itself is great but not the customer service. I called the store the next day to get clarify on my charges and the lady picked up the phone literally raised her voice and yelled at me the whole conversation. Also mileage varification when we return the van to the store is important because we don't know if we get charge extra for something that we did not do.
