Personal should care about the kind of equipment that they are giving to customers. 1st truck they tried to give me had 4” of water in it and seats were soaked. Person just wanted to wipe up water and give me towel for seats

Truck needed oil change and there was dirt on seats and steering wheel had a sticky substance on it. My issue with this last rental does not have to do with location. My original rental was for a van picking up at U haul champions. this was confirmed. when I arrived, they sent me to the location on Cutten and Cypresswood. This location does not even have vans. They sent me back to Champions as that is where she showed rental to be. After calling 800# they advised my van was at this location. After I explained that this location was going to be an issue as it was further from our destination, i would accrue more mileage charges. Again..no response or offer from either the 800# or the rental location for any type of adjustment. I feel if you take the time to go in, reserve the type of vehicle you need from the location you prefer, you should be able to pick up the equipment as reserved, not have to go to 3 places, waste time and incur more charges...

I had the worst experience ever on 12/02/2018 when I was ask to deliver the rental to a location not suitable and to top it off the drop off point was closed and the street was not on N. Main just a bad experience

Employees need to be trained on how to talk to customers had a very bad experience with the acting manager ( Mr. Beaux) he was very rude to my daughter when she called in to inquire about renting a truck.

The store personnel were nice. However, U-Haul technology leaves a LOT to be desired. The systems were slow and freezing up at every point. The register sends a text message so the customer can go to a link and upload pictures which puts everything on the customer. If this is the case, at least let the customer do this when making the reservation not after standing in line forever. Returning the vehicle was a nightmare. I didn't know there was such a long process with a slow system so my phone was at 2%. It wanted me to enter the mileage but there was a check oil light so I couldn't see it. Once I finally guessed a number that it would take It wanted pictures of the cab and the location. Ridiculous. I am all for technology but at some point U-Haul needs to remember customer service and the kiss method. I was very unimpressed and will take any future rental needs to Home Depot or anywhere else but U-Haul

The new policy where uhaul has to verify with a reference in order to rent a truck is fucking stupid and a waste of time. Ive told 10 people since yesterday about the new policy and they all agree that its rediculous. Some people dont have references to put down. My family and friends wont answer numbers they dont know and if theyre working then they wont answer. Abolutley rediculous policy and ill be happy to spread the word about to everyone

I was quoted $79 and the reciept on my card was $169 the gas was filled exactly to where it was upon receiving of the truck and oy driven approximately 15 miles at the very most. I haven't the slightest idea why i was charged so much and i cant seem to get an answer.
