We originally booked our equipment at a different location, but they were not ready on time. We were sent to this other location, and it took an additional hour to get the items we needed. This added over 2 hours total to our pickup experience. We were unable to meet our movers on time for our moving appointment, and we had to load the entire truck up ourselves.

We camp at least once a year and use your 5x8 covered trailer and everytime, it never fails, the customer service at this location is below average. But it really doesn't matter because no one probably reads these comments and nothing will change. After standing in line for 10 mins, another customer comes and stands behind me and asks if I'm waiting in line. After resounding to him in a higher than my normal voice so the rep can hear me, I told him yes and that I was here to just return my trailer. Finally, the rep while still looking at his computer said, well you can just leave it there and he'll check it in. Long story short, they checked it in at 6 on and charged me that full day.

More customer service the guy who helped me was on his phone half of the time and stated the computer was slow he gave me the key and I had to go find the truck wich I couldn’t so a lady super nice that works there helped me and I was good to go I don’t have her name but she is the best there also a guy I think is the manager he was very kind

Even though the guy who helped me was nice, he gave me a beat up truck with 160k plus miles instead of the 46k I was supposed to rent, creating an inconvenience for me and the dealer I returned the truck.

The male employee was on phone while takein our information and the other male was on in company computer watching stuff the employee that helped us gave us the wrong truck and never realized we had already had made reservations a week prior And gave us the wrong size truck and got charged way extra and didn’t realize it until we came for our deposit

Actually do a walk through with the customer before they leave with the equipment. The girl that did my paperwork did not verify that it matched what the physical truck’s odometer and gas gauge indicated and I have been over charged.

On my contract it said the vehicle has an almost full tank but it was almost empty when I picked the truck up. When I returned the truck, I was charged a refilling fee because it looked as if I used a full tank of gas. How much sense does it make that I used a whole tank of gas in only 13 miles.
