TIMOTHY PDuring my pick up This location stated that there was only "ONE" dolly in general! Like what!? And of course it wasn't available so I ended up going to home depot & purchasing one for $85 lol!! Also when I went to return the truck at 5:30p, the darn place was already closed for the day, even though Saturday business hours showed 8a-6p!? Sooo yeah!?? Don't waist your time & money her guys😏🤦🏽♀

Carey OI came back after a 10 hour day of moving and I was told that there were dust footprints in the back of the truck and was charged $25 extra for them to clean the dusty footprints out. This is ridiculous!!!

So he gave me instructions and helped me with pulling in trailer so I can get the truck close enough to my downstairs garage. CHRISTOPHER GMy drop off location was changed to this location after I had already picked up the trailer. It was a few miles farther from my location. Arrived at a parking lot behind a strip mall where a few U-haul vehicles were parked. Found a back door with a small sign that said Uhaul. It was locked and we didn’t see the small doorbell. Called the Uhaul # from my text and apparently it was a dispatch not the location because the mgr came out and didn’t seem happy that I called.

JAMIE CI cleaned out the truck completely, and we put less than 30 miles on it, but were still charged a cleaning fee. The truck was clean. I have pictures we took at drop off.

ANTOINE OI am a US military member, and I have reached out multiple times — to the equipment department, billing, customer service, my local branch (Branch Manager in Leavenworth: Teresa), and Regional Marketing Manager Nathan Felix (look up my call log). I also escalated this issue to request a call from Mr. Felix, but have not received a response despite leaving several messages with his team and escalating through multiple customer service managers. I keep getting emailed a link for the original contract, the website and app show not the full charges paid by me. It has now been well over 30 days since the ongoing issues began, with attempts to obtain the correct invoice and receipt for payment of the Promissory Note. I have still not received the receipt for that payment ($1,015.00) Additionally, the email and link you sent me today show a contract for $491.43, yet I have paid over $2,000 in total. That has not been explained through an itemized invoice or reciept ( I paid it to get a reciept and move on yet we are now 90 dayI am still requesting a receipt for all amounts paid along with an itemized breakdown of charges showing a zero balance. To clarify: I have the contract for $491.43 , but total payments exceed $2,000. I have already received the receipt for $1,037.89, but I still need the receipt for $1,015.00. I require an itemized receipt of all charges that reflects a zero balance. This documentation is required to submit reimbursement to the U.S. government, and the delay is holding up the reimbursement of my entire move and the associated payments. This situation has caused significant hardship for my family, and I urgently need this resolved. Please send the requested receipts and confirmation of zero balance as soon as possible, with the company logo. Screenshots of Customer service representatives' screens do not suffice.
