The store manager was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and checkout process was quick. He explained the rental agreement and what to do in case that we need road assistance or are involved in a car accident. The vehicle was in excellent condition.

MONIQUE MWhen I completed the online reservation I selected the “no insurance” option. After returning the vehicle and receiving my final bill. I noticed the clerk added it to my final bill. Poor business practices.
