This is a small business that really knows how to make a customer happy. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

TIMOTHY PDuring my pick up This location stated that there was only "ONE" dolly in general! Like what!? And of course it wasn't available so I ended up going to home depot & purchasing one for $85 lol!! Also when I went to return the truck at 5:30p, the darn place was already closed for the day, even though Saturday business hours showed 8a-6p!? Sooo yeah!?? Don't waist your time & money her guys😏🤦🏽♀

Carey OI came back after a 10 hour day of moving and I was told that there were dust footprints in the back of the truck and was charged $25 extra for them to clean the dusty footprints out. This is ridiculous!!!

REGINA OTrailer reserved was no longer available. Store owner provided great service and quickly replaced with a less expensive option.
BRENT MThe gentleman was more than accommodating as a 26 ft with trailer was not working on a very overcrowded street. So he gave me instructions and helped me with pulling in trailer so I can get the truck close enough to my downstairs garage. I will return the appliance dolly tomorrow, Dec 3rd; kept longer cause its only me moving our stuff up a flight of stairs Thank you again Christopher Glaze
CHRISTOPHER GMy drop off location was changed to this location after I had already picked up the trailer. It was a few miles farther from my location. Arrived at a parking lot behind a strip mall where a few U-haul vehicles were parked. Found a back door with a small sign that said Uhaul. It was locked and we didn’t see the small doorbell. Called the Uhaul # from my text and apparently it was a dispatch not the location because the mgr came out and didn’t seem happy that I called.

JAMIE CI cleaned out the truck completely, and we put less than 30 miles on it, but were still charged a cleaning fee. The truck was clean. I have pictures we took at drop off.
