The app was not great. The lockbox needs to be easier to open.

Check Engine and Oil lights were on. The app is burdensome for the renter. Felt like I was doing your job. I was charged $40 for moving blankets. None were provided.

Louis OWas charged double miles then we used. Will absolutely never use u haul ever again. Called the location and they basically told me they couldn't do anything about it. I used not even 10$ worth of gas and was charged 47 miles. That doesn't even add up. The lady said she believed me but couldn't help me. What a scam. Do not go to snap box they do not log the miles correctly and then tell you you signed for it they don't bill you and can't do anything.
Christopher GI’ve been using U-Haul services for at least 10 years. I am a happy customer and appreciate U-Haul’s excellent customer service. This trip, I had to sweep out the entire back of truck before loading my stuff in but the trucks are usually pretty clean.
Donna ROverall good rental experience. Van had some leaks which were probably not known until the rain was present.
Michael SRented a 10’ box truck using the U-Haul app. Had to transport furniture an hour away and drop off at a different location. Process couldn’t have been easier and less hassle-free. Truck itself was fairly new, easy to drive and maneuver. It was a very simple check-in and return process, both taking only a few minutes. Highly recommend, beginning to end!
Charles RAlthough the van was pretty clean, the gas cap was missing and there was an indicator that the engine oil needed to be changed. Neither was actually a problem for me.
