Online registration terrible..screen freezes and will not finalize . By the time I finally got finished it had me down for three rentals . Had to go back in and delete two of them ..

ALEXANDER HI had rented a uhaul with an auto transport to return my car. When I went to return the auto transport, the guy at this location told me that I couldn't return it yet because he didn't have room. When I explained that I needed to return it then because my apartment complex did not have space to park a uhaul truck with an auto transport attached he complained that I didn't care enough about the inconvenience it would cause him and began yelling at me and insulting me. He eventually agreed to let me return the auto transport, but after this experience I definitely won't be using Uhaul the next time I move if he remains their only vendor in Snyder.

GEORGE HI had problems with returning equipment as the internet was not working for me. Suggest a manual way of returning equipment instead of wanting to charge me a service fee for not utilizing the internet. Everything was great until then, good thing we called or would have charged me $20.00, this sucks. Already paid $900 plus with insurance!

Donald KHad to drive 80 miles one way out of travel to this junk yard. Never mind the fact that I had the 3 week reservation in Lubbock. Got a text that Lubbuck rented mine out so that was now a no go. This Snyder location is the most abysmal site I've seen. It did look like a junk yard but less organized. There was no bathroom. We had to call two different people that knew me or I couldn't pick up the trailer... ridiculous! I also had to take a taxi in Lubbuck for fear of losing the trailer since it was picked up a day early. Also charged extra for milage when all of this was some lackey in Lubbocks fault. I've only been renting for Uhauls for 50 years and the one question over all of this is what the hell is a reservation good for when Uhaul will not honor it? Let me know. JJ
JESSE JI signed up online, and the truck with dolly’s were suppose to be ready to go at a certain time and it wasnt. I went into the store and the guy had to out everything into the computer again. Then I returned the truck a day early and there was another truck in the spot where I picked up the truck. This is where i was told to leave the truck but since there was another truck already there and there were no other open spots on the line, i backed the truck up to the building and dropped off the keys. On the next business day, i called up to the uhaul place in Snyder, and the guy who runs it yelled at me because i did not park it in the spot he told me. I swear he actually raised his voice at me, lol. He was pissed. Im not sure why I should deal with that when i believed I parked the uhaul in the safest spot available. Uhaul’s management should take a hard look at that guy because he makes uhaul look bad as representation.
