Donald K.Had to drive 80 miles one way out of travel to this junk yard. Never mind the fact that I had the 3 week reservation in Lubbock. Got a text that Lubbuck rented mine out so that was now a no go. This Snyder location is the most abysmal site I've seen. It did look like a junk yard but less organized. There was no bathroom. We had to call two different people that knew me or I couldn't pick up the trailer... ridiculous! I also had to take a taxi in Lubbuck for fear of losing the trailer since it was picked up a day early. Also charged extra for milage when all of this was some lackey in Lubbocks fault. I've only been renting for Uhauls for 50 years and the one question over all of this is what the hell is a reservation good for when Uhaul will not honor it? Let me know. JJ
