My drop off spot @ Alamo Auto 6767 Culebra Rd San Antonio was fenced off and closed at my confirmed time of drop off. I called several times and left messages and no one responded. I had to find another drop off location. This was my first time renting and I had no knowledge that I could drop off at another business.

Quick and easy
Alicia GThe vendor was not helpful. Took 1-1/2 hours to tie down the vehicle, he did even offer advice. And knowing that the text message link would expire in 30 minutes, he left for lunch, making me have to call to get a new link. The lady on the phone, Shannon Smith was very helpful snd understanding.
