The Gentlemen in Snyder Texas does a Excellent job
Thomas RWith regard to mechanical maintenance, I would not have complaints. It ran well and the AC worked well. With regard to the cleanliness of the passenger compartment, that was quite dirty. There was spilled liquids all down the console and into the floor. There was dried up previously spilled cereal, it was pretty dirt dusty, and something was in the middle seat that I did not initially see that was gooey and sticky that got all over my phone damaging my phone cover and requiring a deep clean to my phone. The location needs major lawn care. The weeds around the porch entrance are tall and I was worried about stepping over for fear of snakes. The man at the location was quite rude. My reservation was done online, and I requested a dolly in addition to the truck. I also made my appointment for 11:15am. I was on time and he was rude stating that the "already needed to have been out of there so I needed to hurry". I let him know I was on time for my scheduled appointment. He then went into the reservation details and informed me that he sees where I asked to reserve the dolly he "doesn't have any". That would have been nice to know in advance as it made moving things much more difficult. He did provide a number of moving blankets I assume to attempt to correct the dolly issue. The truck was clean in the back trailer compartment, so I had no issue there.

Chase BMy drop off spot @ Alamo Auto 6767 Culebra Rd San Antonio was fenced off and closed at my confirmed time of drop off. I called several times and left messages and no one responded. I had to find another drop off location. This was my first time renting and I had no knowledge that I could drop off at another business.

And knowing that the text message link would expire in 30 minutes, he left for lunch, making me have to call to get a new link. The lady on the phone, Shannon Smith was very helpful snd understanding.

ALEXANDER HI had rented a uhaul with an auto transport to return my car. When I went to return the auto transport, the guy at this location told me that I couldn't return it yet because he didn't have room. When I explained that I needed to return it then because my apartment complex did not have space to park a uhaul truck with an auto transport attached he complained that I didn't care enough about the inconvenience it would cause him and began yelling at me and insulting me. He eventually agreed to let me return the auto transport, but after this experience I definitely won't be using Uhaul the next time I move if he remains their only vendor in Snyder.

GEORGE HI had problems with returning equipment as the internet was not working for me. Suggest a manual way of returning equipment instead of wanting to charge me a service fee for not utilizing the internet. Everything was great until then, good thing we called or would have charged me $20.00, this sucks. Already paid $900 plus with insurance!

GRETA SHad no a/c or working restroom. Did not want to honor u haul reservation for emergency replacement truck. Offered no assistance in attaching trailer or allowing my wife to use the restroom after being there 4 hours.
