I returned on Sunday.... called store number and NO ONE answered or took the call .... no recording for me to leave message that trailer was returned a day early! No credit for a day early! Again.... poor poor!!!!

We were unable to pick up our truck in the location we requested. We were sent here, he would not allow us to pick up our truck at the time we had requested and had been approved with our reservation. We were not given our 27 foot truck we had reserved but we did get the 20 foot which was not big enough, our cost did not change with the smaller truck. Why do you allow reservations if you do not uphold them. Super disappointed.

The owner of the location needs more familiarity with your mobile reservation and checkin options. I did my reservation online and checked in online. When I went inside to pick up the key, the owner of the location was rude and dismissive. He made me wait until he had finished setting up another customer who had not made a reservation. When I told him that I needed to pick up a key for my online reservation he said “you can't do that”. I informed him that I made an online reservation and had started the online checkin process and he said that I couldn't have done so because uhaul hadn't told him about it and that everything had to go through him. At this point he hadn't even bothered to look at my phone which had the key pickup screen open or look at his own computer. He told me over and over that I couldn't pick up the vehicle because he hadn't “staged it” and that I hadn't done a contract with him. When I told him I did the rental agreement online, he said that wasn't sufficient. It seemed as though he was insisting I needed a paper copy. Once he checked his computer he did give me the key to the truck but berated next for accidentally clicking the confirmation that I had the key before he gave it to me. I was thrilled to discover I did not need to interact with him again to return the truck using the online return and key drop box. I like the online option a lot. Please educate the owner of the Snyder, TX location on how to use it.

I asked for a rental from Saturday 7/27 until Monday morning 7/29. I was charged $266. When I returned the equipment on Sunday afternoon 7/28 I was told that I only had a one day rental and that I now owed $66 more dollars. I am not happy about this and would like the $66 refunded to my cc. Preferable out of the pocket of the rental site in Snyder, TX

No one was at location for drop off Rental was drop off and I was smart enough to take a picture of it in front of the door and call U-HAUL to notify them of drop off time and location 3 days later this location stated I parked it in the wrong spot on their lot and said I was supposed to take it to a location in a different town even though my U-Haul contract stated to deliver it at their location Multiple calls were made to facility the first business day and second business day after drop off with no answer I had to call U-Haul 4 times for a final check in of vehicle

The gentle man helping me was very help and polite, plus he answered all my questions. He also did not make fun of me when he realized I could not correctly back the trailer up when returning it. Instead he offered to and did back it up for me as well as unhooked it. He did an excellent job of assisting me.

My original pickup was supposed to be in Sweetwater Texas but I was told several days before my pickup date that I would be upgraded to a 15' truck because Sweetwater did not have a 10' truck. I was okay with that but the day before my pickup date I was told that the Sweetwater location did not have a 15' either and I would have to wait until a day later for a 15' truck or I could take a 20' truck. I'm not used to driving big vehicles so In order for me to get a 10' truck I had to go to Snyder which was 45 minutes away to pick up a 10' truck and the Snyder location did not have an appliance dolly available which I had preordered nor did they have furniture dollies either which I wanted to add. I spent an extra hour and one half of my loading time driving to another location which really messed with my loading schedule. This is my first and probably last time I will rent from U-Haul.
