Not happy that when it waa suppose to be a 24 hour rental I get an email saying it had to be back that day for thay much money I should of had it for 24 hrs not happy I should be given a diacount5

No one present at location. After 3 customer service calls, finally got access to the truck, an hour and a half late.

No one was there to help me. Had to do contract with a gentleman over the phone. There was a mirror missing and a broken hook up on the trailer. After 2 hours of waiting I had to hook up the trailer by myself. I will not use this location again. Very pissed off might not use uhaul again after this ever

My 15' truck rental was switched from West Davenport Uhaul (which is also where my storage unit was located) to this location a couple of days before my move. When I showed up at 8:30 (business was supposed to open at 8:00) the office was empty/locked and my truck wasn't there. My truck ended up showing up around 8:45-9:00, but the office manager never ended up showing up. If I hadn't have been there so early for my appointment to have the lady dropping off the Uhaul hand me her key, I wouldn't have had a truck for my move and would have had to cancel my movers at my own expense. I also had to take the trailer off by myself because of this. The Uhaul customer service was thankfully helpful and ended up sorting this out just in time for me. Overall, this whole situation was totally inconvenient, unprofessional, and ridiculous. I would think twice about continuing business at this location.

It was a 3 hour round trip after the pick up location was changed. I had requested a larger dolly but was supplied with the smaller one. I’m believe I paid for the larger one too. Registering was a pain. I had done pre-registration but the app your locations have to use was extremely slow.
