I don’t think that u-haul does an adequate job to vet its potential independent locations. The location had no signage or working phone number. The pickup process requires the use of the of the u-haul app but both the cell coverage was limited and WiFi non-existent. The truck was blocked, in the front by another vehicle and in the rear by the property fence. Moving the vehicle was difficult. The accessories for the reservation needed to be picked at a different location.

It works for purposes and preparation was good but the location was a little secluded.

Everything is online stop calling me. This was my first time using the U-Haul for long distance and I appreciate the customer service take care of everything for me then I call the walk-through step-by-step, but I’m definitely not recommend anyone to this location.
