Told the rep that I would turn it in at a different location and they charged me for not turning it in here. I have disputed it and have been told that it will take three business days for the district manager to reach out but I am highly upset that I told the representative multiple times that it would not be coming back to this location. The location we did turn it into gave us the third degree because SOS did not take any pictures before we left so definitely do not recommend this place for any rental cuz who knows if they're putting the correct information in
