Returned my truck a day early at 1 pm during normal operating hours, no one was working there and had a sign on the door saying they were out and to just call a number if you need to reach them. They answered the call and he was really nice but I feel there should’ve been someone there to check the truck in, I had to just put the keys in a drop box. I like checking a rental in person so I know I won’t see any extra charges or damage issues, they didn’t check the truck in until after my return due time the next day; no issues and they back dated it but I just don’t like a rental being open in my name that long after I return it during normal business hours.
