Trailer was not swept out. There was "dirt" and "foliage leaves" on the floor along with same pieces of garbage. Looked like someone hauled some plants or landscape bushes in it and one tipped over dumping a pile of dirt on the floor. It was not piles of stuff but I had to sweep it out and clean it before I could put my furniture in it.Michael M.
Your online check-in needs serious work. It took us an hour to get our key. The lock box didn't contain our key. Then it took forever to finally get the lock off the van off so we could get our key. On the phone with an agent twice trying to figure out the issue. I got charged for furniture pads that's didn't order (not used). I prefer talking to a live person in the store, until they can get all the kinks worked outRichard S.

The truck I received engine came on during my first trip. I called and left a message to see if I could switch to a new truck and no one answered . I also left a message and never got a call back, the truck would not go higher than 45mph and 15mph just to go up hill. The engine/truck was so loud I could not hear anything (ie, sirens other cars) I did take a picture of the engine light on. I will reach out to corporate for further assistance.Christina F.

Seats had stains and passenger seat had drink spill on inner side running down (dried). Floor was slightly muddy. Had to use my own sanitizing wipes to clean seats. Also had to clean some drink spill in the drink tray.MARK M.
Rental vehicles are not cleaned out- leaves, dirty Q-Tips, papers, plastic wrappers. Cab needed vacuuming. Windshield wipers needed replacing. Prior wrecked signal light housing raised safety issues. The problem I encountered is that the link to do the damage survey expired and I could not use it without having to go back to the store. This could be a part of the app or at least have the link not expire.Darko M.

The problem I had was returning the truck. The hyperlink took me to the Valley Self Storage, so I drove there. When I arrived and clicked on Return Truck, it told me to return it at South King Services. I had to waste time, gas and added miles for no reason. I hope you guys make it up to me somehow.GABRIEL H.

uHaul Let's be clear, I'm rating Josh & Cody from this location and the uHaul tracks which are the best. uHaul as a service is the most terrible thing in existence and mis-booked our appointments all 3 times in a row when my wife and I were moving. No one moving has time to drive around and look for available trucks when uHaul fails to book a truck where our receipt in the uHaul app is showing it to be picked up. Again, all 3 times. Then forgot to include the Appliance Dolly, which we booked and paid for, but instead put moving blankets, which we didn't book and paid forâ€¦ We were on a time crunch as the two of us were moving ourselves with no help and had a deadline that uHaul caused to be challenged from all of the screw ups. You charged us with a late return that you caused to be late and for equipment we didn't order and didn't get because you left it out. You're still calling about a late truck and saying it never was found and we have the receipt of the check in drop off. What more? We discovered Josh & Cody from South King Services | U-Haul Store #6575 because of another locations misplaced reservation and they found us a truck, were promp, professional and really seemed interested in helping us with empathy for our reservation screw up from uHaul. We knew then we'd call this location when the next day was consistently messed up from a reservation that uHaul made and mind you, we multiple times called and confirmed with uHaul.. because we knew this could happen and even though all reservations were confirmed the all were in places 20 miles away from where our phone app said we should pickup the truck. Cody and Josh worked on our behalf each time to find a truck for us, equipment needed and they're the only reason we will ever use uHaul again, no matter how far we have to drive to get the truck. uHaul, your online presence is truly terrible and ruins the already terrible experience of moving. Josh & Cody need to be your Allstar representatives of your service because they're the only good thing about it other than the trucks, if one can get a truck without spending half a day driving around to find the reservation location mistakenly booked by uHaul online. Lastly, our uHaul app always showed the correct place and time, the locations themselves just didn't have our reservation and when we would call the 200 number we were told the truck was in another zip code. I had a terrible experienhcei in using your app to get a confirmaiton code in the early moprning hours to get the access code to unlock my turk at 8:30 AM. I then spent over 45 minutes waiting on hold, speakig to 2 representatinves that could not geive me a simple solution to my probem without 1st havig to use you horable app. Fortunately, the other members of your staff, where I was to pick up my truck, happened to show up early at 9:30 AM and finally helped me to get the truck. The after hours app would not allow me to upload a picture of the odometer and fuel level. I tried to call customer service and the wait was 45+ minutes. This was very frustrating after a very long day when all I wanted to do was go home. This is no reflection on the local office, my understanding is that this is a corporate issue that needs to be resolved at a national level.Greg V.

After I rented from this location, I was contacted minutes later by a corporate regional manager at SEATAC, personnel 701081. I was told the truck I had wasn't supposed to be rented out and that I needed to return the truck to him directly. He would provided it to me for free. I was shaken by the call and incident as it was alluded to the truck I had was stolen. I called the location I rented it from and was assured all was ok. I'd like to lodge a formal complaint against the regional manager at SEATAC, 701081. A UHAUL corporate employee should not contact a customer in this manner.
