I did not reserve to pick up at this location. I received a text 1hr before pick up time that the original pickup location forgot to set my truck and now i have to go 12 miles to get it. This added additional unnecessary miles. I would like to have a credit back for the 24 additional miles added. The truck was very dusty inside and the steering wheel was sticky. Very disappointed with this rental.

The U-Haul trucks were in a location that was a full slab of ice. No clear pathway to get to the vehicle. It was so unsafe getting to the vehicle and even worse to take the mandatory pictures when renting. I hurt my back in attempts to stop myself from falling. I do not recommend this location. There was no help for this process to go smoothly. I spent 30 minutes of my rental time attempting to fulfill all the requirements while keeping my balance and not falling. I have pictures of how poorly the location is.
Rosalie PCheck engine light was on! Tec came to clear code. I was told i would be getting 75.00 off , never happened! Then on final bill I declined extra insurance of 80.00 that somehow was added onto my bill. Overall not happy with billing ! Needs to be addressed
ALBERT DThe truck interior wise was great. Not much to it but the blower motor didn’t work, so it was cold during my usage of the truck. At one point when I put the truck into drive from park, I pressed the throttle and the engine just revved. Put it back into park and tried putting it into drive again. This time it rev slightly before the rpm dropped and the gear engaged.
