Owner showed up late, field manager actually got there first and helped me….the owner never acknowledged I was even there…….. not happy with that site, will use others after this……

william hThe gas guage showed one quarter of a tank according to owner, but by the time I had driven 20 miles the needle showed empty, so it’s hard to believe it really was on one quarter. The following complaint is more about equipment than the pick up location: The door on the drivers side was very difficult to close. I kept slamming it, but as I Headed down I75, I kept having to slam it again and again. Drove the next 20 miles with door open. I had requested a 20 foot truck In Tifton, ga on Friday for the following Monday. It’s hard to believe that none were available, but that is what I was told. The closest one available, I was told, was in Ashburn, ga which is 20 miles away. There are 3 U-Haul dealers in Tifton, hard to believe I had to drive 20 miles to pick up rental equipment! Poor service
