Not with this location. With U-Haul. Horrible customer service. You all cancelled multiple reservations. Called less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck. Did not give me the discount and mileage that was promised. Paid for insurance and atill had to pay for road side assistance. My reservation was never in the app so I could not use self check in and out. The worst experience I have ever had. I will never use U-Haul again ever!!
