The agent and employees were very polite and respectful. Time for picking up and dropping off the vehicle were great.I think the challenge for this site is that they do not have a dedicatedposition for dealing with the U-Haul rentals and the employees at the site for both pickup and return of the vehicle were multitasking ie. running the convenience store, monitoring/ activating the fuel pumps, receiving orders handling the cash register. Neither were familiar with the details of the Process for determining mileage and how to calculate fuel top up (the vehicle sticker instructs the customer to refer to the contract to use the gauge converter to calculate the fuel replacement) The employee had to contact two different people to confirm how to read / determine the kilometers travelled and fuel consumption. I couldn’t locate the odometer to read the mileage either- the only time the odometer was visible was when I unlocked the door and it flashed very briefly then the display went back to “fuel range” . My past experience with other vehicle rental services were much more straightforward. The employee was very apologetic which I appreciated and did not blame the employee as it appears to be a process/systems issue. I wish I could be more supportive but I found the experience very frustrating and challenging.

Christopher Mnice place, people were very good and extremely helpful; however, there were major problems with U haul overall. We booked a van and a trailer. At the last minute we were informed the van did not have a trailer hitch. No hitch no trailer can be towed. They offered a 26 ft moving van in replacement for a cargo van. Not acceptable or useful for our need. We did finally rent the non hitch equipped van, cancelled the trailer. We were able to fit the towed merchandise into the van = barely. Not happy with U-haul through this ordeal. As I said the U-haul franchisee was very helpful but the error was beyond his control.
peter wThis place help me out immensely, I had booked at another location and found out they were no longer doing U-Haul. Sent me to this place, I needed a 15-20 ft. Truck, ended up with a bigger truck, because that was all they had. I only had one day to do the move and the young fella made sure I got it done. I came back to the Esso and I had to change things into my suv, wasnt easy but the young man, helped me get it in there. It was a good day. Thank you South Ohio Esso
Helen MBox was not swept out, there was broken glass and broken mirror pieces on the deck. Other than that (we swept it out) it was fine.
Scott CPricing needs to be clear. In the website the use of one dolly is $10 but I ended up paying $30.
