Only thing was I was looking for a bigger truck and had originally booked one in advance but was contacted by U-Haul and told they are more for one way trips. Was a little disappointed but made do with the smaller one.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHad some communication issues at first but called an agent in Georgia USA , someone did something to my account with uhaul and it wasn’t me. I was being accused about gas or something of this such with the previous rental which didn’t take gas. It was only a box I hauled not a truck. So I knew I didn’t do what was being stated. The Georgia agent dealt with it.
FRANCES EVery amazing experience. No hassle, great friendly staff. Truck ran smooth and was easy to drive. Thank you for being something positive in a moment of chaos.
Selena PThe only problem with the whole uhaul experience was my email said the pickup location was the huronontario location but the van was at Mavis st .This was an inconvenience
Michael MTop of the line customer service. Excellent communication. Everything went straight forward.
