Our uhaul was guaranteed at another location. Then we were sent to this one. We pre-ordered and paid online and then had to go through the whole process again on-site ans had difficulty getting the key. Ordering online did not mention that I needed to download the app. We were a few minutes late getting to the truck and our reservation was canceled. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be a customer in the future.

The overall concept of an automated pick up of the truck is great...but not when the uhaul app isn't working. Fortunately someone was able to come to the site to get the truck rental agreement completed. The truck was in good condition and the return process was as easy as it gets...park and drop of keys in the box.
Steven SBe prepared well in advance if you can for the rental experience! Everything is done on your phone! You have to take several pictures of the truck and attempt to upload. There can be difficulties doing that. The couple working here were helpful in navigating all that had to be done on your phone. There are pros and cons to doing the rental digitally. Use the UHAUL app for sure!

Dana SCab of truck had food on floor on passenger’s side. You didn’t provide the furniture dolly that I ordered. The key was not in the lockbox and I had to wait for business to open to get a key. The app is difficult to negotiate and doesn’t work well and took a half hour for me to return the truck. Had to keep taking pictures of truck that wouldn’t upload even though I had a good connection. Then there was an hour wait time for customer service via phone number you provided. Luckily, the pics finally uploaded.
