Person at pick up was not helpful and the pu location was no where near my home address. It was a big inconvenience for us to get there at the allotted time. I was also told I would be given multiple pu location options and was only given this one!

KELLY MI was told to arrive at the location for drop off at 9:45 am and I was a few minutes early and the gates were chained locked nobody came until after 10 o clock.

Brenda KUnfortunately, the truck was very dirty. In the cabin it seemed as though someone had shaken up a soda can and opened it in the car. The windshield, dashboard, and ceiling were sticky to the touch. There was a lot of dog hair in the passenger seat. Even a few bugs crawling around. The truck bed had cockroaches and broken glass. There weren’t many trucks at this location so I didn’t feel I could swap out the truck either.

WARREN DTruck had zero gas when I started, someone smoked in the truck and ash was everywhere. I was told to meet at 8:30 and the place didn’t open until 9:30. Disaster and I had to pay movers more money since I-haul made me late.

VICTORIA STHE VEHICLE WAS DIRTY WITH MICE/RAT DROPPINGS. THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE CLEANED.. THE VEHICLE VEHICLE NEEDED A WHEEL ALIGNMENT ASAP. THE VEHICLE NEEDED A OIL CHANGE ASAP. THE GAS WASN'T WHERE I WAS TOLD IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE VEHICLE NEEDED A TUNE-UP ASAP. THE VEHICLE NEEDED BRAKES ASAP. I HAD TO DRIVE EXTREMELY SLOW ON THE EXPRESSWAY TO BE SAFE. I WAS DRIVING UNDER THE SPEED LIMIT WITH MY HAZARDS ON. I WAS INCONVENIENCE ON HOW TERRIBLE THE VEHICLE WAS. I HAD TO DRIVE 20 MILES AN HOUR WHICH MEANS THAT I PUT EXTRA MILES ON THE VEHICLE WHEN I INITIATED THAT I WANTED ONE TO TWO HUNDRED MILES ON THE TRUCK IN THE FIRST PLACE. I AM A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER..😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
